October 16th: i ran with roberto from piazza del campo to some track in the city where we ran 2 laps around the track and then we ran to my house on pian del lago. mamma. i'm sore. gotta do something about the blisters.
October 18th: i went to a baptism today for Denise. she's the sweetest little girl and i think one of the two teenagers in the branch. she's twelve and she invited me. i bought her a journal and pens and wrote her a card in italian about my wishes for her. we're friends.
October 20th: today i "worked" for some hours. mostly me and everyone gathered in the corner and discussed dirty terms in english and italian. i taught them many things and they me. it all started because i asked how to write and also the significance of "stronzo" having no idea what it was but only hearing it. anyway, good work today. i love the people i work with at the museum. every last one of them. they all are hilarious and they all tell me i'm good at speaking. i LOVE THEM!
