you must always wear sunglasses

you must only own clothes of an actress or runway model, men included (or especially...)

you must only have, but are not limited to just one, espresso for breakfast

you must drive many a kilometer to eat the best gelato

you must care deeply and intesely about the quality and taste of your food (and the food of others)

you must never wear open toed shoes when it is not summer (i don't care how hot it can be in october)

you must never do anything before your hair is completely dry

you must emphasize by saying one word many many times

you must eat too much at pranzo (lunch) to eat hardly anything alla cena (dinner)

you must drink wine if you are in wine country
