new home

Todd and I moved into a studio apartment. It's obviously smaller than the last two houses we lived in in Provo, and it is more expensive, but beggars cannot be choosers and I am actually comfortable and cozy here. The walls are yellow so the morning sunshine through our big window makes it so warm in the mornings. We are on the second floor and the building is relatively new so it is by no means drafty, unlike our other homes. We have a huge shower, endless hot water, a wonderful heater, and do not pay for utilities so I am in warm-heaven all of the time. Our bed is comfortable and Todd has organized all of our necessities and baby things, while the rest of our furniture, books and non-necessities are still in storage in Provo. This place feels perfect for us. I hope it still feels big enough with a wee one, but I am grateful to be independent again, nevertheless.
