we were invited to dinner at our neighbors' house last night. i really didn't want to go. all i am is awkward and don't love new people that much (mainly forced conversations and nothing to relate to).
turns out they're the greatest. he's filipino and she's cambodian. they're funny and friendly and so relaxed. we ate amazing asian food on the couch, they talked to us like we'd been friends for years and their two kids i'm probably going to steal. gorgeous eyes and skin and the little boy never stops singing and is completely incomprehensible. fabulous. we watched youtube videos all evening. one of which...
